MLS Entry: The entry of your property into the Multiple Listing System (MLS) is one of the most powerful ways to gain exposure for your home. The MLS is a searchable computer database that inventories all real estate company listings and is accessible to only real estate professionals.
Open house events: A private broker reception will present your home to key real estate professionals and generate word of mouth interest. I will also schedule public open house events at the property and advertise these events in the St. Louis Post Dispatch, STLToday, Suburban Journal and other local publications.
- Promotional materials: High quality color brochures featuring professional photography and copy will be created and made available at your property and Prudential Select Properties offices. For unique and distinctive higher-end properties, brochures will be distributed to St. Louis top real estate professionals, top corporate office and relocation companies.
- Virtual Tour: High quality interior and exterior shots of your home will be taken by a professional photographer and used to create a virtual tour of the property, giving the prospective buyer the feeling of touring the house.

The Internet has become the primary information source buyers use when looking for a home (including newspaper). With over 70% of buyers using the Internet I will make sure your home receives maximum Internet exposure. Your home will be available on prudential.com, realtor.com, psphomes.com, erealty.com, stltoday.com, over 650 Prudential Select Properties agent sites and every St. Louis real estate site that employs IDX technology. Your property will be placed in a prime position on my website as a Featured Property.
In addition, Prudential is the sole provider of real estate listings on Yahoo Real Estate which reaches 62% of all Internet users – meaning our company will be giving your property maximum Internet exposure.
- Direct mail campaigns: To create awareness for recently listed properties, a full-color postcard featuring photographs and detailed description of the property is mailed to your neighborhood and other select groups of prospective buyers. Postcards are also sent to neighbors after your home has been sold.
- Additional advertising and feature stories: When appropriate, we will advertise your property in additional publications such as the areas home magazines/books and community papers. Also, when an opportunity presents itself, we will try to get a feature story placed.
- Marketing reports: We update our sellers weekly on all activities related to the marketing of your home. This chronological report will include a list of agent showings with client and a list of website activity.
